Direct, no online payment

Stays are arranged directly with us over WhatsApp, and we don't take payment through this website. That means there's nothing to refund online — changes and cancellations are handled person to person.

Changing or cancelling

If your plans change, message us as early as you can at +91 70141 11768. The earlier you let us know, the easier it is for us to free up your bed for another traveler.

Early departure

If you leave earlier than planned, please let reception know. Refunds for unused nights are at the hostel's discretion.
