What we collect
When you send a booking enquiry we record the details you provide — such as your name, the room and dates you're interested in, number of guests, and any message — together with the time of the enquiry. We do not collect payment information on this website.
Why we collect it
We use this information solely to respond to your enquiry, manage your stay, and keep our own record of website-generated bookings. We do not sell your data.
Enquiries continue on WhatsApp. Messages you send there are also processed by WhatsApp (Meta) under their own privacy terms.
Where it's stored
Enquiry records are stored securely using Supabase. Access is restricted to Woodpacker staff.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. Visitors from the EU/EEA have rights under the GDPR. To make a request, email woodpackerpondy@gmail.com.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page.
